Boat Built in Apartment

Ok, not just a boat, but a 23 1/2 foot 2 masted schooner. And in a 3rd floor apartment. Plus, it has some of the best writing I've ever seen in a build diary.

The Bolger light schooner is an awesome, almost mythological craft. It's definately a boat for crazy dreamers.

That was an interesting read. The boat turned out nicley, even if it took half the appartment with it when removing it from his appartment as he would leave us to believe.
