Phil Bolger has designed a series of shallow drafted river/canal/lake boats; most of which are named after states. There's the Tennessee, Idaho, Dakota, Sneakeasy, Illinois, and the largest one built so far, the Wyoming. Phil named it after both the state, and the character from The Moon is a Harsh Mistress. Wye not?

This builder is making a Wyoming in sections, which he will assemble when he gets ready to launch. This boat would be truly impossible to eject out of your 3rd story apartment window... ;)
