David Oakes, who built the Stalker V6 for which he submitted a link a couple weeks ago has also built a Hovercraft, which is also quite well documented. It is a Universal Hovercraft design, and looks to be very well built. Unfortunately he sold it (must be a bit of a loss, selling your hovercraft right after finishing it.)
