So here's an interesting hobby -- cheesemaking! And not just simple cheeses -- he has instructions on how to make Blue Cheese, Swiss, Feta... It all looks very tasty.

Also, there are some recipes for a few other things, we made his Ginger Ale/Beer over Christmas, which was also very tasty. Remarkably tart, as you can imagine when you combine a big chunk of fresh ginger and a whole lemon.
