Feature: My Own Version of the PVC Focuser

After trying to get the PVC Focuser to work, I finally decided the original design just had too many problems for me to cope with (probably due to my limited supply of tools).
So on my own PVC Focuser page, I've decided to include the original build diary from my aborted attempt to build the other one and my own semi-original design.
