Graf Spee

What do you do with a 30' long 1/20th scale representation of the Graf Spee? A little commerce raiding on the local sailing club I would expect... Naturally it's large enough for 2 people to ride in it.
If I were building something like this, I would do something from WWI, which really was the height of armored, big gunned warships. Get enough people to do the same thing, and you could recreate the Battle of Jutland...

Something tells me that if he hits an iceberg or gets torpedoed, those lifeboats aren't going to do him much good.

Or, if he happens to run into 3 British cruisers, gets very lightly damaged, randomly sails into a neutral port, proclaims his ship unfit for the north atlantic (which wasn't true by all accounts), scuttles his ship, then commits suicide... They wouldn't do too much good then either. :)
