Hmm. I wonder about how much of that is true. It is perfectly plausable to obtain nucler materials in such a way (not that I would ever want to mind) but I wonder if materials gathered in such a way could be made weapons grade? It's a rather scary thought. I guess that is what we get when we where so carless about such material when they where first introduced.
Well, now that I have flaged myself at least two federal agencies by reading that article and replying here, I am going to sucumb to my paranoia and increase my encryption schema to 2048 bits. . .
