Being the post popular homebuilt aircraft, you can imagine there's a lot of info on Van's RV series airplanes. Besides tons of build diaries, there is even the start of meta resources for these planes.

A wiki can be found here. It seems to still be in the beginning stages of construction, but has a lot of good information even now.

There's also an online journal (similar in structure to the newly free to use Duckworks Magazine, good for them!). The owner of which has also built a Lotus 7 style car with a V6 engine.
