Maybe one day, if I manage to finish my first airplane (current pick is a Pietenpol, although I'm not good at making up my mind...), I'll build a Wittman Tailwind. They're fast on low power, simple, and well engineered. Basically a nice cross country airplane. Have to improve my welding skills though, it's got a tube fuselage...
