Nifty Little Cruising Sailboat Design.
Date: Wed, August 2, 2006
Take a look at this nifty little sailboat design. It's similar in concept to a Bolger Micro -- maximum amount of boat in the minimal amount of space -- except it's prettier, and doesn't require the lead keel. It's very pretty in a jaunty nautical sort of way. It was an entry in a design competition for a small boat suitable for cruising Puget Sound, a use for which it seems ideally suited.
Plus, how could you go wrong with a boat design named "Dodo"?
