Ok, I love this book. High Power lasers, Tesla Coils, Jacob's Ladder, Rail Gun, EMP device, Antigravity... What else could you want? The style is a bit dry, and a lot of the projects almost require you to buy bits from the author's company, but all in all it's a good read.
The only dissapointment is that there's a serious lack of lifestyle information. What do you do with your CO2 laser once you have built it? There are no plans provided for the torture rack to go along with it. I guess the serious Evil Genius would be able to come up with all that stuff himself.
