I always seem to make a link to Darren Kuzma's latest design when he posts them on the Parts Express website. I guess I just like them, and they are always interesting, so what if he works for the company that sells the parts?

His latest design should be of particular interest to people who read this website; the speakers are designed to be used in a shop. They are made to look like an older pair of speakers from the 70's, and given the choice of drivers probably sound like it too. Nifty idea, and would work every nicely in that environment. He designed for a frequency response useful in the shop environment (high ambient noise, tough construction, cheap drivers...)

As usual, an interesting idea!
