Once again we got a lot done, but didn't finish them.

Mostly we did finish sanding, attached the backs, did some routing for the rear ports, more finish sanding, trimmed up the driver holes, finish sanding, etc.

Before we put the fronts on, we had to install the speaker wire. My plan was not to put the terminal cup in the void at the bottom of the speaker where the reflector makes some unused space. Doing this prevents having to cut a hole in the main air path of the speaker, which I hope improves things slightly, although realistically it probably didn't do much good.

The gap was *exactly* 2 popsicles.


I had to de-solder the wire from the drivers, and some splashed on to my hand... Oh, and my eye too. That was an experience, but my eye was fine...
