I love analog synthesizers, and I've always wanted to have one of my own. Well, I guess I do own a Moog Taurus knock off (made by Multivox), and a digitally controlled Analog synth (Kawai sx-204, like a Juno 106 but phatter), but they are either limited, or don't have knobs. I'm not really a synth guy, I just sort of acquired them. Mostly, I enjoy making the occasional weird sounds. Oh, and I like projects (duh...).

I have made my own Theremin as well, but it's really hard to tune, and has an intermittent short on the board somewhere (totally my fault, it was the first electronics project I ever put together, and it's missing one of bolts that holds the board above the metal case bottom). I have a vague want to own a Moog Etherwave someday, but I wouldn't put it to the use it was really designed for.
