If you look at the pictures really carefully, you might see some parts coming off... ;)
I took more warbird pictures than I normally would, mostly because of That Lucky Rat Bastard. There were some really nice examples (of course...), especially the P-40 Warhawk and the Russian planes (although much to my sadness there were no Polikarpov I-16's there.. hmpf.)

I took a picture of a C-130 last year, it had a placard on a random piece of equipment on the inside that said "For use in the air, or on the ground."
So, I guess you don't use it if say, you're using the plane as a sailboat.
